Another Training for Business Entities Held Hosted by ROCB Europe

On 12 May, the Regional Office for Capacity Building for the WCO Europe Region hosted another training session organized by the State Customs Committee for business entities.

The training was organized with the aim of informing entrepreneurs in line with their feedback and suggestions on customs-related matters, based on the results of regular surveys traditionally conducted by the State Customs Committee.

During the event, customs officials delivered presentations on the following topics:

• Prohibitions and restriction measures applied in the Republic of Azerbaijan
• Application procedures to the Central Customs Expertise Administration and the organization of the expertise process
• Use of electronic customs services: services available on the “e-customs” platform

At the end of the event, discussions were held on issues of interest to entrepreneurs. Participants had the opportunity to exchange views, share feedback and suggestions, receive practical explanations, and have their questions answered.
