ROCB Europe was pleased to host a large group of Azerbaijani Customs officials from border offices in Baku for a training-of-trainers seminar on anti-counterfeiting. The session brought together key IP stakeholders: Customs as the enforcement agency, major global brands (PUMA, Colgate-Palmolive, Unilever, Samsung, Pandora, GSK, Lenovo, Lacoste, Toyota, Bulgari), rights-owner associations, and IP-specialised law firms โ€” to strengthen collective action against counterfeit goods. The seminar โ€” organised by REACT, a major Europe-based Anti-Counterfeiting Network with headquarter in the Netherlands โ€” followed a training-of-trainers format, enabling knowledge to be further disseminated across Customs units through cascade training. ROCB Europe is committed to advancing IP awareness and will soon launch additional initiatives, including activities for the educational sector ๐ŸŽ“๐Ÿ“˜. More updates will follow.
