Advancing Regional Capacity Building – 13th Annual Meeting of ROCB Europe & RTCs

📍Baku, Azerbaijan | 11–12 June 2025 We were pleased to convene the 13th Annual Meeting of the Regional Office for Capacity Building (ROCB Europe) and the Regional Training Centers (RTCs) of the WCO Europe Region, a key platform for strategic exchange, alignment, and partnership in customs training and development. Our sincere thanks to the WCO Secretariat for their active participation and forward-looking perspectives on global capacity building under the WCO’s evolving framework.
