This week, at ROCB Europe, we are fully immersed in an intensive and forward-looking workshop focused on the Revised Arusha Declaration (RAD) – the global reference for promoting integrity in Customs. 📚From leadership and transparency to human resource management, automation, and cooperation with the private sector, the 10 key factors of the RAD are being explored in depth through dynamic discussions, case studies, and experience-sharing. 🧑‍⚖️With the active involvement of WCO experts, the strong presence of Customs officers, and contributions from other government agencies and stakeholders, the workshop reflects the high strategic priority the WCO places on integrity as a pillar of modernization and good governance. 🧩 It’s inspiring to see such commitment across the board – not only to technical progress, but to the ethical foundation that sustains it.
